Founder & Managing Director

With a background in behaviour change and digital wellbeing, Abi is the vision behind Social Media Resilience®. You'll find her leading from the front — working directly with partners and implementing programmes. Abi brings a people-first approach to every aspect of the work, blending evidence-based insight with practical tools to help people thrive in a online world.

Guy French

Programme Director

Guy leads the strategic growth of the organisation’s commercial and delivery capabilities. With over a decade of experience driving systems change across major sporting events and IT businesses, Guy brings a blend of operational oversight and commercial insight. He ensures SMR remains grounded in day-to-day excellence while building towards long-term, scalable impact.

Ben Edmunds

Education Director

Bringing together real-world classroom experience and business insight, Ben shapes our educational strategy. As a teacher, Ben understands first hand the pressures schools, students and parents face. He ensures that every element of our content is relevant, practical, and immediately applicable.

Peter Freeth

Commercial & Strategic Advisor

Bringing decades of experience in HR, sales training and strategic development, Peter supports our strategic and commercial strategy. Alongside his corporate background, Peter serves as a trustee of a multi-academy trust, giving him valuable insight into the challenges and priorities of the education sector.
